Login to Asite CDE Mobile

  1. Once you have successfully installed Asite CDE Mobile app from Play Store or App Store, tap on Asite CDE Mobile app icon.

  2. Users can login via cloud or use single sign-on (SSO) option. By default, you will be directed to use cloud login. If your account demands or is configured to use SSO credentials, click 'Use Single Sign-On' link. You can switch back to cloud login option by clicking on 'Use Cloud Sign-On' link from the single sign-on screen as well.

    1. Cloud Login
      If you are using cloud sign-on option, choose the relevant cloud - Adoddle Cloud / Adoddle US Gov. Cloud (Hosted in AWS GovCloud - US) / Adoddle UAE Cloud / Adoddle KSA Cloud / Adoddle Canada Cloud / Adoddle Hong Kong Cloud - as applicable, then enter user details.

      1. Email Address - Enter your email address that was used to register with Asite.

      2. Password - Enter your Asite password. In case you don't remember it, click on 'Forgot Password' link below and enter your email address to get a link to reset password.
        Once done, click on 'Log In' button.

    2. Single Sign-On
      If you are using SSO option, choose the relevant cloud - Adoddle Cloud / Asite US Gov. Cloud (Hosted in AWS GovCloud - US) / Asite UAE Cloud / Asite KSA Cloud / Asite Canada Cloud / Asite Hong Kong Cloud - as applicable, then enter your registered email address for login.

      Once done, click on 'Log In' button.

    3. Secondary Authentication
      If 'Secondary Authentication' is enabled for your user account, you will need to enter a separate authentication code every time you are logging in on Asite. In case you need to enable 'Secondary Authentication' for your account, drop us an email with required details - your registered email address and the name of organization you are associated with.

      This one-time authentication code would be sent instantly to your registered email address after you have entered your login credentials and clicked on 'Login' button, and needs to be entered on the next screen that appears right after - within a limited time period of 5 minutes.
      In case you are unable to receive the one-time authentication code or enter the code in the mentioned time period, you can click on 'Resend Now' link to resend the authentication code and try again.

  3. You can use the blue pin icon available in the left menu to set your default menu upon login. Select a menu option by expanding the 'Site' or 'Common Data Environment' options, then select and long press on one of the menu options to set the blue pin on that menu. The next time you login, you will see that menu appear as your default menu.

    Please note here that Asite CDE Mobile app also supports screen rotation.
    Depending on the language configured in your account, you can view all the system text in that particular language while using Asite CDE Mobile app. Click here to understand how you can change the language in your account.
    In case the installed app is not the latest version, a message will appear stating that there is a newer version of Asite CDE Mobile available. Click on 'Update' to update the app rightaway, or click 'Later' if you want to install the app after some time.
