View Files

Tap on icon to open menu items. Expand the 'Common Data Environment' menu and select 'Files'.

Select the project from which you need to view a file.

Tap on the project folder containing file which you want to view.

Open the folder to see the files listing. Tap on the required file to view it.
For any newly uploaded files, pull down to refresh the files listing instantly. Files will be downloaded / synchronized only if you have download and above permissions on the relevant folder.

File opens in Adoddle Viewer with file content and existing markups, if any.

The dropdown showing at the top enables you to view and complete pending tasks on selected file by clicking on task name directly. In case of multiple tasks, you can view and complete pending tasks by tapping on the down arrow next to the task name.

Tap on icon showing at the top right to view existing aMessages or start a new discussion. Availability of 'aMessages' option may depend upon whether the 'Commenting' activity is locked or unlocked for selected file.

The icon showing at top right allows you to perform various activities on selected file - like change the status, share link, distribute, view existing attachments & associations, associate apps, start watching or stop watching, view file details, make available offline, view audit history.
