Tasks area lists out pending tasks that are assigned to the user on files, based on the projects selected in project filter. Task links received in email notifications, when opened on mobile devices with Asite CDE Mobile app running on them, will enable user to view, edit or complete tasks directly on the app based on their access.
Tap on a task in the listing to complete the pending task.
Task completion screen will allow you to complete the selected task. In this case, the task is 'For Distribution' and it is on a file.
You can distribute the document with other project users and complete pending task by entering necessary details.
Finally tap on 'Distribute' to complete the selected 'For Distribution' file task.
