Mark a Public Review as Private
A Public review created on a File can be changed to Private while viewing reviews in the File Viewer.

Mark a Public Review as Private
View Reviews on the File.
Locate the required Public review.
Select the Unlock
icon displayed on the review.
The Mark Review Private layered screen opens.
In the To field, enter and select the users who require access to the Private review.
Select Continue to make the review Private.
NOTE: Users added in the To field receive access to the Private Review in addition to users already included in the existing Review distribution.
Review Visibility
Review Type | Icon | Description |
Public Review | Unlock | Review is publicly visible based on applicable access permissions. |
Private Review | Lock | Review is restricted to users with access to the private review. |
After the Review is changed to Private, the review appears with the Lock 
icon on the file.
