Create a Markup Library

This article will explain how you can create a Markup Library.

Manage the Markup Library

The Markup Library in Universal Web Viewer allows selected annotations to be saved for reuse when creating Markups on other Files.

Markup annotations, stamps, and signatures can be saved to the library and copied to accessible Files when required.

NOTE: The following limits apply to the Markup Library:

  • A maximum of 20 markup libraries can be maintained at a time.

  • Each Markup can contain a maximum of 10 annotations.

  • Individual Markups or Stamps must be below 50 KB to be added to the Markup Library.

  1. Select the Markup annotation to be saved to the Library.

    • All types of Markup annotations, including shapes, stamps, and signatures, can be selected.

  2. From the available options, select Save Group to Library.

  3. Enter a name for the Markup.

  4. Select Save.

TIP: Alternatively, select Cancel to return to the previous screen.

Copy a Markup from the Library

  1. Open the File where the saved Markup is required.

  2. In Asite Viewer, select the Access Markup Library icon from the bottom toolbar.

  3. Select the required markup using the corresponding radio button.

TIP: Alternatively, select Cancel to return to the previous screen.

NOTE: Only one Markup group can be applied to a file at a time when copying from the Markup Library.
